SELFCARE WEDNESDAY REVISITED: Space Oddity

S I M P L Y

witness.

As we encounter challenging emotions, we can create intentional space for ourselves. 

When we are simply witnessing the emotions, we can see how mixed emotions and conflicting emotions can co-exist in this space. 

We can ask questions and even dispute the emotions, they don't have a permanent residence there. We can simply bear witness to them. 

For me, stepping outside literally cultivates that intent to create space for the emotions at hand. 

Create space.
