Dr. Cathi provides individual and relationship therapy in Medford, Oregon and surrounding areas and online therapy to those within the state of Oregon. Specializing in relationship therapy, Cathi works with those who are seeking improvements in communication or connection and those in relationship distress. Cathi is an anti-oppressive, gender and sexually-affirming clinician, a CNM, polyamory, BDSM, and kink-aware provider who operates a judgment-free office and will continually press to create an environment and a culture where Black Lives Matter.
Cathi received her Master of Social Work degree from Cleveland State University and a Ph.D. in Clinical Sexology from Modern Sex Therapy Institutes while researching how resiliency in relationships correlates with sexual health and wellness across the lifespan. Dr. Cathi is currently completing her post-doc in somatic sex therapy, studying how the brain and body are intricately interwoven and work together to help cultivate a life of embodiment, empowerment, and sexual health.
Dr. Cathi is a Certified Sex Therapist (CST) professionally trained in Clinical Sex Therapy. She has studied under some of the most prolific scientists in clinical sexology and research today, such as Esther Perel, Dr. Emily Nagoski, Dr. Justin LehMiller, Dr. Nicole Prause, Dr. Holly Richmond, Dr. Joe Kort, Dr. Barry McCarthy, Dr. Laurie Mintz, Dr. Daniel Watter, Lucie Fielding, Dr. Marty Klien, Dr. Lee Phillips, Dr. Ann Katz, and Rae McDaniel.
Dr. Cathi has been trained in Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy (an empirically supported treatment for couples, under the tutelage of co-founder, researcher, and theorist Dr. Andrew Christensen). She has received Gottman Method (L2) Couples Therapy training, IMAGO, and Emotionally Focused Therapy training. On top of her current clinical licensure, Dr. Cathi has completed an additional 90 clock hours of academic coursework in sexuality education, 10 clock hours of structured group work, 300 hours of supervised clinical treatment of patients presenting with sexual concerns, and 50 hours of supervision with an AASECT Certified Supervisor of Sex Therapy.
Dr. Cathi finds joy in being near the beach or planning a quick trip to the coast. She enjoys spending time with her partner, three kids, two dogs, and two cats, leading to a host of vibrant memories. As an introvert, she enjoys solitude and small gatherings of like-minded souls, preferably around a fire, surrounded by the stars.

With a host of healthcare administrative experience, including rural healthcare administration in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Mark has utilized his strong ethical character, extensive healthcare experience, and valiant empathic heart to provide administrative oversight, create sustainable clinical environments and maintain careful practices that assure client satisfaction and support The Wellness Lab & Clinics’ current and developing needs.
Mark received his Bachelor of Science from Clarks Summit University and his Masters of Divinity degree from Luther Rice University, then continuing with instruction in the healthcare setting through Clinical Pastoral Education at St. Vincent Charities hospital in Cleveland, Ohio, the Veterans Affairs Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center and Clinics in White City, Oregon and Rogue Regional Medical Center in Medford, Oregon, This litany of education and experience have given Mark a sanctuary of insight and guidance, which empowers him to deliver educational strategies in non-clinical Wellness Labs, teaching and coaching clients on how to live a holistically vibrant life to the fullest. Mark has extensive experience in the public speaking realm that also includes conflict resolution and navigating complex ethical issues within a healthcare system.
Brittney Kraai, MS, CN (she/her)

Brittney is a clinical nutritionist with an integrative approach to wellness. She is the founder and owner of Root and Vine Integrative Health. With the goal to discover the root cause of your symptoms, she runs functional labs, provides in-depth nutrition and lifestyle assessments, and addresses any nutrient inadequacies with personalized nutrition therapy. Sexual health, emotional well-being, and nutrition are intrinsically connected. She works with those that want to manage their mental and emotional well-being by utilizing nutrition counseling and integrative healing modalities. Food and movement, along with sleep, stress, and hormones are key factors in whole-person health. Brittney also provides Intuitive Eating and body image counseling for folks who would like to heal their relationship with food and discover radical self-love. Her personalized plan will meet you wherever you are on your wellness journey. She believes that small steps and a therapeutic partnership are the best way to achieve long-term success.
Brittney has a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health and holds a license in Washington state. She is currently working toward her CNS credential, receiving 1000 hours of clinical supervision.

Melanie infuses psychological processes (shadow work, internal family systems, inner child inquiry & aspecting) and embodiment practices (breath work, movement, sounding) with lessons and wisdom from Tantra, creating a unique healing container where couples begin to see each other eye to eye, soul to soul.
Melanie began diving into the realms of relationship success when she came together with her partner 25 years ago. She was determined to change the legacy of divorce in her family. Her parents divorced when she was young, following in the footsteps of her grandparents, who divorced in the 1960s. She has created a divorce-proof partnership by weaving together a vibrant tapestry of soulful communication, emotional intelligence, and sexual discovery.
In her coaching container, she guides couples in up-leveling their communication bringing on-line soulful space holding and safe, non-violent, ways to communicate needs, wants, and desires giving each partner a chance to be fully seen and heard within their couple bubble. She takes couples through practices where each partner gains clarity on triggers, inner child wounds, and the underlying need for visibility and connection. Melanie says, “It’s like getting an owner’s manual to your partner’s inner emotional body. Invaluable!!”
During all of these practices, Melanie helps couples rewire, rewrite, and redefine what sex means for each person AND together as a unit. She majored in both Women’s Sexuality and Men’s Sexuality and understands the intricacies of desire, passion, turn-ons, turn-offs, and how to navigate thriving sexual experiences while raising kids. (She has 4 boys of her own!) She works with ALL couples.
