How much will this cost?
Knowing the cost of services can be an important first step when looking for a provider to help with relationship challenges or mood concerns.
Your first session will be a more in-depth appointment that will focus on sharing information about you and your history to narrow down the targeted need for therapy and find the most appropriate treatment options for the goals you have. Therefore, your first session will have a higher cost than the duration of your therapy.

Good Faith Estimate Notice
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
How can I pay for sessions?
Payment for each session will occur at the time of service via credit card, debit card, HSA/FSA card, or cash.
You will receive a receipt for your records (paper and/or electronic)
Do you accept my insurance?
Since our inception, we choose to work directly with each individual or couple and bypass insurance through private pay as an out of network provider. We have found many counseling clients find confidentiality as imperative within couples therapy and general mental health treatment. This liberates you to honor the sacredness of your healing rather than having a 3rd party involved in your confidential care.
Sessions are paid in full at time of service and a simple receipt is sent to the email address on file. Available on our secure client portal, you will have access to a detailed receipt (called a super bill) that can help facilitate the exchange of information with your insurance company for possible reimbursement that would go directly to you.
If you are interested in reimbursement from your insurance, please contact your insurance company for specific details of your coverage for an Out of Network provider. Reimbursement rates differ between individual and couples therapy. We have found that many insurance companies will reimburse between 50-80% of our fees. Contact your insurance carrier for specific questions related to your plan.
