Rather than placing your energy in the life-changing decision, re-direct that energy to finding stability for yourself within the crisis. Once the moment of crisis has passed, you will have a clearer mind to make the kind of decision that is best for you and one that is not merely based on a desire to escape, get revenge, or prove a point.
