A DEFIANT ACT OF SELF-COMPASSION

Values are lived as a PROCESS not an outcome.

This simple statement has helped shaped my parenting, my practice, my marriage, my decisions, and my day-to-day work. 

When we shift focus onto the end-product, our values can take backseat or shame can be the driving force. 

In a defiant act of self-compassion against the outcome, refocus the attention back onto the values AS the process, the experience, the intention and notice the difference.
